If you are a WordPress blogger like me, check out the CodeGuard plugin available at WordPress.org website. CodeGuard will back up and monitor your site for changes. When a change is detected, it will alert you and take a new backup of your database and site content. It works like a time machine. If you want to revert some changes or undo a hack attempt on your site, just a click of a button can get your site back in time. It also integrates well with WordPress.

Cool, do you think this is still good to have even if your host backs up daily for you?
CG is no longer free so if your host does a daily back up for you, I think that is good enough.
