Peter and John silenced their critics with miracles that happened during their ministry. Acts 4:14 says “And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they had nothing to say in reply.” Paul once said that his speech was not with enticing words of mans wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and truth. I realized that it’s my duty to pray for my leaders so they operate in the Holy Spirit, resulting in mighty manifestation and critics-silencing miracles. Staying connected to God and leading a life without sin is essential for God to hear my prayers. See also Psalm 66:18.
